Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MS Bridge application. By using MS Bridge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using MS Bridge, you agree to comply with these Terms. Continued use of the app signifies your acceptance.

2. User Accounts

  • Registration and authentication are required to use core features.
  • We use Firebase Authentication for secure account management.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • Unauthorized use of your account is your responsibility.

3. Data Storage & Privacy

  • Notes, tasks, and settings are stored locally and synced with Firebase when enabled.
  • AI features may process your notes or prompts to generate summaries or responses.
  • We do not view, sell, or share your personal data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Modify, distribute, or copy any part of the app without permission.
  • Disrupt the app’s normal functioning or compromise its security.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code.

5. Imported & Shared Notes

  • Imported notes (e.g., from rafay99.com) are for personal learning only.
  • Redistribution, commercial use, or misuse of shared notes is prohibited.
  • Shared links are view-only and must not be exploited for unauthorized purposes.

6. AI Features

  • AI summaries and chat are provided for convenience and productivity.
  • Responses may not always be accurate; users should verify critical information.
  • You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • MS Bridge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use.
  • We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or secure at all times.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in-app or on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
